PAGE .. 我国企业电子商务发展现状与对策分析 学生 xxx 指导教师 xxx 摘 要 随着互联网的普及与相关网络技术的发展，我国电子商务的发展已经进入到了一个新阶段。然而，我国电子商务的发展在现阶段却还不是很成熟，其中仍然存在着很多需要解决的问题。本文通过了解我国电子商务的发展现状，针对我国电子商务中存在的相关法律建设、基础设施建设、及金融体系不完善等问题进行了深入的分析与思考。通过完善我国电子商务的相关法律法规，制定企业电子商务发展的优惠政策，加快信息技术基础设施建设，完善我国有关物流的法律法规，以点带面，以先进带动后进，促进中西部、各行业电子商务发展，消除对于电子商务的错误观念，选择适合企业本身的电子商务模式，重视培养和引进电子商务方面的人才等方面考虑来加快我国电子商务的良好健康的发展。希望我国的电子商务在未来的发展道路上更加的快速和平稳，通过自己的思考能够为我国电子商务的发展贡献自己的一份力量。 关键词：企业 ；电子商务；对策 Chinas enterprise e-commerce development situation and countermeasure analysis Name of student liaiwei Name of tutor liping Abstract With?the popularity of the Internet and the development of network technology, e-commerce development in China has entered a new phase. However, at this stage development of electronic commerce are still not very mature, there are still many problems that need to be resolved. By understanding the current development of Chinas e-commerce, in-depth analysis and reflection for our e-commerce related legal construction, infrastructure construction, and financial system is imperfect. Improve our e-commerce related laws and regulations, formulate preferential policies of enterprise e-commerce development, accelerate the construction of IT infrastructure, improve the relevant laws and regulations of the logistics area, to the point driven backward to promote the central and western advanced e-commerce development of various industries to eliminate the misconceptions of e-commerce, select the appropriate e-business model of the enterprise itself, the emphasis on training and the introduction of e-commerce personnel, and other considerations to speed up the development of the good health of our e-commerce. I hope Chinas e-commerce development more quickly and smoothly in the future, through my own thinking can contribute to a force for the development of electronic commerce.
