崇明籍出租车司机肛周疾病调查及影响因素分析 ［摘要］目的了解崇明籍出租司机患肛周疾病 的影响因素，为降低出租出租车司机肛周疾病患病率 提供生活指导方案。方法通过使用临床流行病学中病 例对照研究方法，2012年1 — 12月间随机抽取崇明籍 出租车司机364人为调查对象，采用问卷调查的方法, 收集调查对象的基本信息情况以及可能影响肛周疾病 发生的变量信息，用logistic回归分析，筛选出该类人 群患肛周疾病的影响因素。结果 饮酒、辛辣食物、憋 便情况、工作年限、糖尿病史5个变量为患肛周疾病 的危险因素，OR值分别是1.843、4.710、1.653、1.187、 3.247, （OR值＞1）；便质情况OR值为0.709,为保 护因素。结论在患有肛周疾病的崇明籍出租车司机中 饮食情况为主要的危险因素，由此引发的憋便情况及 糖尿病史更是增加了肛周疾病发生的可能，而工作年 限是各个危险因素的累积因素，便质情况越成形对肛 门的影响越小。 ［关键词］肛周疾病；出租车司机；崇明；发病因 素 ［中图分类号］R181.3+2 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编 号]1674-0742 (2016) 06 (a) -0109-04 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the perianal disease of taxi drivers in Chongming county, Shanghai.To provide a guide for reducing the incidence of the disease. Methods By using clinical epidemiological case-control study method, randomly selected Chongming membership taxi driver 364 people surveyed, using the method of questionnaire collected survey basic information and may affect the perianal disease occurred in the variable information, using logistic regression analysis, screened out the people suffering from the influencing factors of perianal disease. Results Alcohol, spicy food, hold faceces, working age, history of diabetes, these 5 variables are identified as risk factors of perianal disease，OR is 1.843、4.710、1.653、1.187、3.247 respectively, (OR 二 1 )， the OR of soft stool was 0.709， as the protection of factors. Conclusion In patients with perianal disease of Chongming membership taxi drivers in the diet is the main risk factors， which caused the hold faceces and history of diabetes can increase the incidence rate of perianal diseases， and working age is the accumulated various risk factors, quality is forming faceces effect on anal smaller.
