上海大学硕士学位论文The 上海大学硕士学位论文 The Postgraduate Thesis of Shanghai University 摘要 移动Agent是90年代中期刚刚兴起的--{ee分布式计算模型，目的是使程序 的执行尽可能靠近数据，降低网络通讯开销，节省带宽，降低负载，加快任务 的执行从而提高分布式系统的处理效率。将移动Agent的思想用于分布式数据库 检索，可以带来诸多好处，例如提高检索效率。利用最短路径算法，可以有效 地平衡网络负载，防止网络阻塞。本文结合两者优势，使用Java语言，在Recursion 公司的Voyager平台下，设计了一个分布式数据库检索系统MABDDBSS(Mobile Agent Based Distributed Database Searching System)a 本文全面分析了移动Agent的概念、特点、功能及关键技术，按照面向对象 程序设计的风格论述了移动Agent系统的设计模式和基于移动Agent的程序设计 方法。同时，本文还论述了移动Agent的平台Voyager，及Voyager应用程序的 基本框架。 本文研究了应用移动Agent技术在分布式数据库检索系统的总体框架，设计 并实现了基于移动Agent的分布式数据库检索系统MABDDBSS。为了减轻动态 网络的负载，引入了最短路径算法．．Dijkstra算法，并结合本系统特色，将之改 进，应用于MABDDBSS。实践表明，陔系统具有高效性、可移植性、灵活性、 扩展性等优点，能够提高分布式数据库的检索效率。 关键词：分布式数据库，智能搜索，移动代理，Voyager 上海大学硕士擘位论丈三垒!：里!i坚!!兰!!!!翌!!!!!!!皇竺g皇!i坚尘!：业 上海大学硕士擘位论丈 三垒!：里!i坚!!兰!!!!翌!!!!!!!皇竺g皇!i坚尘!：业 ABSTRACT Mobile Agent lS a kind of distributed compntmg model proposed in the middle of 1 990s．By migrating in networks nodes，the agent can be physically located to the needed data，SO the communication cost is brought down，the network bands saved． the load of net receded and the performance of the whole system improved．The idea of mobile agent can be used in distributed database searching．It can bring SO many advantages and Can enhance searching efficiency．With shortest path algorithm．it Can ireprove the load balance．avoid the block of network．To make advantage of the two technologies，we designed a Mobile Agent System called MABDDBSS(Mobile Agent Based Distributed Database Searching System)，using the programming language Java，on the Voyager platform． The paper analyzes entirely concepts，characteristics，and functionalities of mobile agent technology，and discusses the design model of mobile agent system according to the object oriented style and the programming methods based on mobile agent technology．It also discusses Voyager，the platform of mobile agent，and basic framework of Voyager programming． We conduct a study on the framework of a distributed database searching system using mobile agent
