The emergence of recycle economy, however, is a timely help to solve the problem of environmental pollution. And it is an effective way to develop modern economy. The ultimate realization of recycle economy system requires supports of a corresponding industrial structure, which calls for new adjustments of industrial structure. Actually, in China, traditional industrial structure displayed many adverse characteristics, such as non-integrity, non-ecological, low-level and non-cyclical, which bring bottleneck to the development of recycle economy. In order to overcome adverse factors of traditional economic mode, in the process of adjusting industrial structure, we must obey the principle of recycle economy, reconstruct a new recycle industrial system, and to promote rationalization and upgrading. This thesis introduces basic connotations and main principles of recycle economy, basic knowledge of the industrial structure, and the optimization of Chinese industrial structure, and then, brings an analysis of conflictions between existing traditional industries optimization and sustainable development system, and interactions of the industrial structure and development of recycle economy system. According to the principle of recycle economy, the author figures out specific programs to realize the industrial structure adjustment and optimization in China: expand industrial chain, added 0th, 4th industries, innovate existing traditional model of three major industries and reconstruct a new recycle industrial system. Based on relative knowledge of recycle economy and industrial structure, the author analyzes the interactions between development of recycle economy and the optimization of industrial structure.
