1 1 2 2 摘要 循环经济（Circular Economy）是现代经济发展的趋势，主要是指通过废 弃物或废旧物质的循环再生利用发展经济。其目标是使生产和消费过程中投入 的自然资源最少，向环境排放的废弃物最少，对环境的危害或破坏最小，即实 现低投入、高效率和低排放的经济发展。事实证明循环经济是实现可持续发展 的最佳发展模式。 金融与循环经济具有一定的联系，作为一国经济的核心，金融在引导资金 的流向，优化资源配置方面的强大优势，决定了发展循环经济，金融的支持是 十分必要的。换一个角度来看，整个金融体系的不稳定和系统风险的存在对循 环经济的发展无疑具有重大的负面影响。但是，由于传统经济体系与循环经济 体系的本质差异性，我国现有的金融体系不再适应循环经济的发展。我国金融 业的发展面临一个严峻的挑战和必然的选择，那就是寻求其对自身的创新发展， 以解决可持续发展中的问题。 【关键词】循环经济；金融风险；金融创新； Abstract Circular Economy is the trend of modern economic development. Mainly refers to the cycle of waste or waste material recycling economic development.
