China has become one of the worlds major office stationery supply
manufacturers and the countries. Through the analysis that the decreasing of M
stationery manufactory’s workers does not match up to the outer thriving trading
environment which leads to lack of plant capacity, this essay mainly ta lks about
the reasons why the workers are losing very frequently and find solutions to make
workers stable and the improvement in the factory’s management. By Learning
from the basic theoretical results of economics, natural sciences and the corporate
management, integrated use of management principles, organizational behavior,
economics and operations management and other relevant knowledge, for
example, case studies, the use of instance analysis by the actual data and case
