新法人工流产术与常规方法的效果比较分析(宁波卫牛职业技术学院护理学院助产教研室浙江宁波315100)【摘要】目的：比较人工流产术中双手操作与常规单手操作的手术效果及术后并发症的发牛率。方法：选择2011年3月至2013年9月宁波市鄭州人民医院就诊的186名要求人工流产的早孕患者，釆用数字随机法分成两组。观察组采用双手操作法手术，对照组采用常规单手操作法手术。术中B超监护，术后10 天B超复查宫内组织物残留情况。比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量及术后宫内组织物残留并发症的发生率。结果：观察组手术时间、术中出血量及术后宫内组织物残留并发症的发生率均明显少于对照组(P0.05),而两组术后阴道出血天数，术后发热等不适发生率差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)o结论：人工流产术双手操作法可以缩短手术时间，减少宫内组织物残留，值得推广。【关键词】人工流产术；双手操作法；宫内组织物残留【中图分类号】R714.21【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1003-5028 (2015 )6-0792-02Comparative analysis of the efficacy with both hands operation method and traditional single hand operation method in 186 cases with artificial abortion YangjingDepartment of midwifery, Ningbo College of Health Scienee, Ningbo 315100, China[Abstract] Objective： To an alyze the efficacies of the operati on and postoperative complication rates in traditional one-handed with two-handed operation in induced abortion surgery. Methods： From March 2011 to September 2013, Ningbo city peoples Hospital for treatment of 186 patients with early pregnancy who requested abortion, randomly divided into two groups using digital. The observation group was treated with both hands operation method;the control group using conventional single hand operation method . Intraoperative ultrasound monitoring, after 10 days of b-ultrasound review of intrauterine tissue residues. By observing operative blood loss, operative time, postoperative complication rates between the two groups,the outcomes were compared .Results： The surgical time and the incidenee of intrauterine tissue residues and the amount of blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than the control group (Plt;0?05)。The vaginal bleeding time and Postoperative fever was not statistically sign讦icant between the observation group and the control group (P0.05).
