新型湿敷袖套在经橈动脉穿刺术后手臂 肿胀患者中的应用 余中琴唐萍 重庆医科大学附属第一医院心内科导管室 摘要： 口的探讨该院心内科发明的新型湿敷袖套在经橈动脉介入诊疗术后手臂肿胀屮 的应用效果。方法将2014年3月至2015年10月该院收治的经挠动脉穿刺介入 术后出现手臂肿胀的61例患者随机分为对照组(30例)和试验组(31例)。对照组 发现患者手臂肿胀后采用“鸡尾酒”混合液持续湿敷;试验组除使用以上方法外, 应用新型湿敷袖套覆盖包裹湿敷处。24 h后比较两组患者疼痛评分、湿敷时间 和肿胀程度等参数的差异。结果两组患者疼痛评分、湿敷时间和肿胀程度比较， 差异均有统计学意义(P0. 05) o结论新型湿敷袖套可明显减轻患者的疼痛不适 并提高“鸡尾酒”湿敷的效果,缩短湿敷时间，值得在临床推广应用。 关键词： 橈动脉;穿刺术;臂；消肿；湿敷；袖套； 作者简介：余屮琴(1986-),本科，护师，主要从事临床护理工作。 作者简介:唐萍，E-mail :1078355187@qq. com。 收稿日期：2016-08-22 基金：重庆市卫牛和计划牛育委员会研究项目(2016MSXM019) Application of new type wet compress sleeves in patients with arm swelling after radial artery puncture Yu Zhongqin Tang Pin CatheterRoom, Department ofCardi o1ogy, First Aff订iated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University; Abstract： Objective To investigate the application effect of new type wet compress sleeves inven ted by our departme nt st aff in the pat i en ts wi th arm swell ing after tremsradial intcrvcntional diagnosis and trcatment operation. Methods Sixty-one patients appearing arm swelling after transradial arterial puncture in our hospital from March 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases) and trial group(31 cases). The control group adopted 〃cocktail mixture solution for continuous wet compress after finding arm swclling, while in addition the above methods the trial group used the new type wet compress sleeves to packaging the wet compression site. The pain score, duration of wet compress and swelling degree after 24 h were compared between the two groups. Results The pain score,duration of wet compress and swel1ing degree had statistical differcncc between the two groups (P0. 05)). Conclusion The new type wet compress sleeves can significantly relieve pain and discomfort, improve the effect of cocktail wet compress, shorten the duration of wet compress and are worthy of being clinically promoted and applied.
