浅议中医药治疗糖尿病肾病探究近况 （成都市金堂县第二人民医院四川金堂610404） 摘要：糖尿病肾病又称糖尿病性肾小球硬化症，为糖尿 病特有的肾脏并发症，属中医“消渴”、“水肿”等范蔣。 其患病率有逐年上升趋势，目前西医尚无较为理想的治疗方 法，而中医药在西医常规治疗基础上对糖尿病肾病的治疗已 取得了较好的疗效，尤其在改善临床症状方面为著，可以明 显延缓和减轻糖尿病肾病的发展。本文回顾了近10余年来 有关中医等治疗糖尿病肾病的相关文献，多数医学认为糖尿 病肾病的病机关键是本虚标实，本虚为气血、阴阳、五脏之 虚；标实为水湿、瘀血、痰浊等病理产物，还较全面地综述 了糖尿病肾病的中医药治疗现状，治疗包括辨证分型、基础 方治疗、专方治疗、专药治疗等，并对中医药治疗糖尿病肾 病显示出的一定优势进行了讨论。 关键词：糖尿病肾病；临床研究；综述Abstract: Diabetic nephropathy is called diabetic glomerular sclerosis, renal complications of diabetes is rare, belonging to Chinese medicine to “Xiaoke” “edema” etc. Its prevalence has increased year after year, the current treatment Methods in western medicine is not ideal, but traditional Chinese medicine in the routine diabetic nephropathy has achieved good curative effect, especially in improving the clinical symptoms is very famous.
