The study shows that the outgoing experience and farmland transfer behavior have a positive and significant impact on the spatial characteristics of the transfer of rural labor force, and the space distance of transfer will increase by 85.5% ,and the probability of farther transfer of labor force with farmland transfer behavior is 16.1% higher than that without farmland transfer behavior. Therefore, in order to promote the transfer of rural labor force, government should first strengthen the training of rural labor force, encourage them to
