Enterprise ar- chitecture, as the principles and guidelines, define the structure of each component and the relationship between them and guide the enterprise how to change with time. Working about enterprise architecture relates to all aspects of the organization. Metamodel as a model of description model, is a standard of defining a model. In order to ensure the consistency of enterprise architecture, a scientific and accurate metamodel is essential. Ontology is subjective word’s explain and reflect about ob- jective world. It can be shared by subjective. In order to ensure the common under- standing and awareness to enterprise architecture of people in organization and the system, it is necessary to add the semantic information to architecture metamodel and carry on the ontological description. This paper focuses on the open group architecture framework (TOGAF), whose top contribution is the architecture development method. However, its metamodel have some shortcomings. To solve these problems, we redefined the entities and rela- tionships of enterprise business architecture metamodel. Meanwhile, we make a on- tological definition of metamodel entities and relationships through combining the enterprise ontology theory and architecture theory and using ontology Method – SBVR, which based on the facts. At last, we used this metamodel in a bank medical management system.
