Based on the detailed principles of lo gging and reforestaion investigation design from Forestry De partment of Fujian Province , and on the concrete operational conditions of the production sections , the CAD system of forest investigation and design in cutting area is developed by using Visual FoxPro for Windows. This system can not only process the data of field investigation , but also complete the calcu lation and print out the tables.
