某五层钢筋混凝土办公楼设计（方案一） 某五层钢筋混凝土办公楼设计（方案一） PAGE 48 PAGE I 本科毕业设计 土木工程 某五层钢筋混凝土办公楼设计（方案一） Design of a five-story reinforced concrete office building (program one）  某五层钢筋混凝土办公楼设计（方案一） 摘要：本设计的主要内容为五层办公楼的设计，结构形式选用的是五层钢筋混凝土框架结构。办公楼长43.2m，宽13.2m，总面积为2850m2。本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分，其中结构设计为主体部分。建筑设计包括方案确定，建筑施工图绘制，而结构设计主要是以PKPM结构设计软件电算方式进行。结构设计主要内容为荷载计算，梁、柱、板配筋计算，楼梯设计计算，柱下桩基础设计计算。此次设计运用到了不少知识，包括准确使用PKPM结构设计软件进行结构分析计算；应用所学的专业知识进行手算；运用Excel软件进行内力组合计算以及运用Word软件对手算结果进行整理、排版等等。通过本多层混凝土框架结构的完整设计，让我综合地运用所学的基础理论知识和专业知识来解决实际的工程设计问题，并能进一步加强我的建筑设计和结构设计的能力，使我对设计及施工有了一个新的认识，相信对以后的工作一定会有促进作用。 关键词：办公楼；框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计 Design of a five-story reinforced concrete office building (program one） Abstract:The main content of this design is to design a five-floor office building. The structure form is the five-floor reinforced concrete frame structure.The length of the office building is 43.2metres, the width is 13.2metres, the total area is 2850 square meters.This design is including two parts: architecture design and structure design, the main part is structure design. architecture design is including to confirm the project, to draw the construction drawings, structure design is mainly proceeding by PKPM structure design software. The main content of structure design is the load calculation, beams and columns, plate reinforcement calculation, stair design calculation, pile foundation design calculation under column.The design is using much knowledge, including to use PKPM structure design software accuratly; to calculate through professional knowledge by hands; to use the software Excel to calculate the internal force combination and the software Word to arrange the results,etc. By doing this design of multi-layered concrete frame structure, I can use basic theoretical knowledge and professional knowledge to solve practical engineering design issues comprehensively, and it can improve my ability in architecture design and structure design, it also can let me have a new understanding in design and construc
