某五层框架办公楼设计（方案二） PAGE II - PAGE V - 本科毕业设计 土木工程 某五层框架办公楼设计（方案二） Design of a five-story frame office building（plan two）  某五层框架办公楼设计（方案二） 摘要：本设计主要为某地一办公楼设计，结构形式钢筋混凝土框架结构，层数为五层，建筑面积约3800M2，总高18M，采用柱下独立桩基础。 本设计包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分，主体部分为结构设计。建筑设计在“适用、经济、美观”的原则下，确定平面组合及建筑物的立面及剖面设计。结构设计部分主要采用PKPM结构设计软件建模电算，结合一榀框架手算验证。其主要内容为荷载计算，梁、板、柱配筋计算，楼梯设计计算、柱下桩基础设计计算。 通过本次设计，我对结构设计有了初步认识，对PKPM结构设计软件有了较系统的认识，巩固了所学的专业知识，增进了我对结构设计规范的认识，加强了我独立思考和解决实际的工程设计问题的能力。 关键词：框架办公楼；框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计 Design of a five-story frame office building（plan two） ABSTRACT： The major task of this design is the structural design of an office building of reinforced concrete structure.This building has five story and the dwelling size area is 3800m2 .The height of the building is 18.8m , and the form of the foundation is pile foundation. This design includes architectural design and structural design ,and the main part is the structural design . In the principle of economic and aesthetic，architectural design determines the surface composition and the facade and the profile design.While the structural design is the combination of the calculation of software PKPM and the hand-counting of one frame.The chief content of this structural design conclude the calcuculation of load ,reinforcement of beams, slabs and columns, the design for stairs and the design for pile foundations under the posts . Through this design, I have a preliminary understanding of the structural design and have a systemic view of softwares for structural design such as PKPM. I also have enhanced the professional knowledge and Structural design code.It strengthened my independent thinking and I learn to use the basic knowledge and expertise to solve practical engineering problems.
