AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract 王 ； Dllko$feudal autocracy is often historical phenomenon,it is the history of the Chine．se political system as the deepening of being scholars emphasize the importance of the right of DuKes specificaUy help 1珞to understand and grasp the political system of feudal society,the nature and law．The Han Dynasty is the right frequency of Dukes special historical p缸0d ofthe prevailing political，economic,cultural and othl[1io relations have a major impact．Therefore,I choose”dictatorship of the Han woman martyr竹as the subject of study,trying to give瑚a flow vision,to understand and recognize the political system ofthe Han Dynasty,while promoting the Dukes ofpolitics． In this paper,the Style sections，the first is to introduce the ancient Chillose woman martyr of the right post and focused 011 the Han Dukes autocracy．On the basis of its historical conditions,historical fate,means，characteristics，preventive meltsRtes，the impact of the relationship botweell the Dukes and the eunuchs and the Dukes i authoritarian and imperial power relations．And senior scholars in the absorption of j research results of the process，put forward some new rides and perspectives to the right post 011 the future of Dukes reference point． Keywords：Han；Dukes；dictatorship；imperial power -Ir．，，1tI— Ⅲ ta--aF ‘『·· ，， .，·F1 『 中文文摘中文文摘 中文文摘 中文文摘 汉代外戚专权研究是古代中国政治史的一个重要课题，一些学者对其进行研究， 但是比较散乱，没有形成一个完整的体系。本文试图把前人研究的精华集中起来， 并初步形成比较完整的体系，同时力图提出自己的见解，以求推进汉代外戚专权的 研究。 本文共分八章： 第一章、简要介绍古代中国外戚专权的产生及在各朝的情况，其中详细阐述汉 代的外戚专权的历史状况 第二章、分析汉代外戚专权产生的原因，描述外戚的历史命运，并分析其衰败 的原因。 第三章、研究汉代外戚专权的途径和特点。汉代外戚都通过担任在汉时最有权 势的丞相、大将军或大司马来掌握朝政。由于外戚是通过后妃的关系而跻身于统治 阶级的行列的，在士大夫眼里，这是不能接受的。所以外戚想要掌握政权，就必绠 采用非正常手段；然而他们一旦掌握政权，也必然会用非正常的统治方法，才能巩 固自己的权力，因此外戚专权必然会具有阴谋性、骄横专断性、集团性、残暴性、 腐化性、贪婪性，尽管在封建社会中，地主阶级中的其他人也具有这些特性，但是 外戚作为最腐朽的势力，．在他们身上表现得尤为突出。 第四章、对外戚的防范措施及作用。汉代有一些皇帝也能认识到外戚对皇权的 破坏作用，并采取相应的措施来防范外戚，这些措施在初期都能起应有的作用，但 是之后不久，它就被破坏或废除，外戚专权的现象重新出现。 第五章，宦官与外戚争权。宦官与外戚都作为封建社会的腐朽势力，对汉代政 治产生非常深远的影响，但是他们所代表的利益阶层不同、政见不同，导致他们在 政治上相互倾轧，势
