- PAGE I - 本科毕业论文 （20 届） 冲床滑块机构装配流程的工作研究 所在学院 专业班级 工业工程 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职称 完成日期 年 月 PAGE II PAGE I 摘　要 摘要：随着现今工业企业的发展，以及对机械产品的质量要求，装配在工业企业中有着越来越重要的作用。无论是传统的装配，还是现代化的机械装配，都存在一定的优缺点。装配是企业生产中最后一个环节，因此，把好这一关非常重要。本文以改善冲床滑块装配的流程为目的，在实地考察和收集资料的基础上，寻找装配流程的关键路径，通过方法研究中的5W1H，ECRS原则，因果关系图等知识，对装配的流程进行了进一步的分析，并提出改善原则，使装配的效率在一定程度上得以提高。改善装配的工作，使零件能发挥其最好的效果，装配后的产品质量提升，产品寿命延长。合理安排装配工作，减少装配时间的浪费，提升装配效率，使人机得到充分的利用，并能达到在规定的时间内完成装配任务。同时，对车间周围状况进行调查，利用工业工程中的人因工程、环境分析等相关的知识进行分析并提出一些改进性的建议。使装配车间周围的环境状况良好，让工人在良好的环境下工作，在一定程度上提升装配质量。 关键词：装配流程；关键路径；方法研究；改善  Abstract：With the development of modern industrial enterprises, as well as the quality requirements of mechanical products, the assembly becomes more and more important. Either the traditional assembly or modern mechanical assembly has its advantages and disadvantages. Assembly is the last step of production, therefore, an efficient assembly process with high quality is very important. The purpose of this paper is to improve the punch slider assembly. On the basis of on-site survey and collection of information, the critical path of assembly is identified. By methods study of 5W1H, ECRS principle and flow chart, the assembly process for critical process are further analyzed, and several improvement principles are proposed, which can improve the efficiency of assembly in some sense. the parts in assembly will function well and the final product may have high quality after the assembly, which finally leads to imprive the product life. An reasonable process of the assembly work will improve production time, improve the efficiency of the assembly, and sucess to fully utilize both man and machine’s capacity. Therefore, it is easy to complete the prescribed assembly tasks within the lead time.
