ABS ABSTRACT 万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT Dental Zirconia ceramic material has been widely applied in prosthetic field in recent years ,since it has prominent machnical properties.However,the bond strength between Y-TZP and resin cement is not so stable when applied,more effective methods are required to be researched to enhance the strength. Objectives: the objectives of the present study were: ① to evaluate the surface morphology ,roughness and crystal form of zirconia applied the SiO2-ZrO2 coating treatment. ② to evaluate the resin bond strength and durability of bonding between zirconia and resin cement with SiO2-ZrO2 coating treatment. Materials and Methods: two hundred and ten discs(15mm*15mm*2mm) of presintered zirconium-oxide were equally divided into 7 groups(n=30) and the surfaces were treated separately by the following methods: ① AS:one side of the surfaces milled with 800 mesh sandpaper then fully sintered;②SB:fully sintered then sandblasted by 110μm Al2O3 particles for 10s; ③ 2SiO2-1ZrO2:coated with slurry containing sillicon dioxide and zirconia powder prepared with 2:1 molar ratio then sintered according to the above method.④1SiO2-1ZrO2:coated with slurry containing sillicon dioxide and zirconia powder prepared with 1:1 molar ratio then sintered according to the above method.⑤1SiO2-2ZrO2:coated with slurry containing sillicon dioxide and zirconia powder prepared with 1:2 molar ratio then sintered according to the above method.⑥1SiO2-3ZrO2:coated with slurry containing sillicon dioxide and zirconia powder prepared with 1:3 molar ratio then sintered according to the above method. ⑦ 1SiO2-4ZrO2:coated with slurry containing sillicon dioxide and zirconia powder prepared with 1:4 molar ratio then sintered according to the above method.
