腹腔镜胆总管探查术治疗胆总管结石的临床效果研究 陈家星 （大理大学附属医院 云南大理617000） 【摘要】目的：研究腹腔镜胆?总管探查术治疗胆?总管结石的临床表现及效果 影响，围绕现实病案资料，分析腹腔镜胆总管探查术的临床应用价值。方法：随 机选取某肝胆医院2012年2月?2015年10月收治的43例胆总管结石患者，分 为观察组（23例）和对照组（20例），观察组行腹腔镜胆?总管探查术，对照组行 传统开腹术，对比患者临床表现及治疗效果。结果:观察组患者在临床不良反应、 手术时间、排气表现、预后效果等方面，临床情况皆优于对照组，差异具有统计 学意义（P0.05）。结论：腹腔镜胆?总管探查术的临床实践具有诸多优势，操作 程序简单、治疗效果显著、副作用少、预后快等，都可以作为其广泛推广应用的 依据和条件。 【关键词】腹腔镜胆总管；探查术；胆总管结石；临床效果 【中图分类号】R657.4+2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231 （2015） 21-0125-02 Laparoscopic comm on bile duct exploration study the clin ical effect of treatment of common bile duct calculi Chen Guxing . Methods Ran domly selected from a liver hospital in February 2012 ? October 2015 were 43 patie nts with comm on bile duct calculi, divided into the observation group （23 cases） and control group （20 cases） and observati on group lines of laparoscopic comm on bile duct exploration, the control line of traditional open surgery, compared to patients with clinical manifestations and treatment effect. Results The observation group of patients in clin ical adverse reactio ns, operatio n time, effect of exhaust, the prog no sis, etc., clinical situation is better than the control group, the differenee statistically sign ifica nt (P lt; 0.05).
