广东工业大学硕士学位论文相比具有更好的重复使用性能，催化剂寿命更长，能较好地解决活性流失的问题，显 广东工业大学硕士学位论文 相比具有更好的重复使用性能，催化剂寿命更长，能较好地解决活性流失的问题，显 示出很好的工业应用前景。 4．对失活的HUSY、PW-USY催化剂分子筛残留物质分析，并通过对失活前后的 分子筛催化剂进行BET、FT-IR、XRD、TG-DSC、NH3一TPD表征分析，结果表明，来 不及扩散出去的反应原料间对甲酚、间对甲酚原料经高温炭化形成的炭化产物以及多 烷基化物产物等覆盖在活性中心或沉积在孔道，造成分子筛失活。 关键词：固体酸；烷基化：烯：酚：树脂：分子筛：磷钨酸 II 万方数据 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract The separation and purification of cresol through alkylation reaction between cresol and isobutylene is one of important means to obtain high-purity cresol monomers．Dodecyl naphthalene alkylated from dodecene and naphthalene，and dodecylphenol alkylated from dodecene and phenol are two important industrial reaction intermediates They are not only the important intermediates in modem synthesis of lubricant and anionic surfactant，but also the main ingredients of plasticizers,stabilizers，etc．In order tO meet the requirements of contemporary environmental protection，all chemical reactions must take the paths of green and sustainable development．Therefore,environmentally friendly catalysts are highly desired in industry alkylation reactions to replace traditional liquid acid catalyst which causes great pollution，while increasing the reaction catalytic activity，extending the life of catalyst and reducing industrial production costs at the same time．Currently the way to replace the traditional liquid acid is mainly using solid acid materials，but there are some defects such as strict reaction conditions，low conversion rate，short life of the catalyst，and low quality of catalytic product． In this thesis，three types of catalytic materials(strong acid cation exchange resin， HUSY and ultra-stable Y-zeolite package phosphotungstic acid)are studied．We investigate functions of various factors in the process of preparation of catalyst．The catalysts are characterized by FTIK TG-DSC，BET,XRD，Ⅻ臣一IR,NH3一TPD to study the properties of solid acid．The catalytic activity of the synthesized solid acid catalyst are evaluated by the alkylation reaction of creso
