Safety Safety Assessment on the Lifting System of Offshore Drilling Zhao Huanjuan(Safety Technology and Engineering) Directed by Prof．Qi Mingxia Abstract With the development of offshore oil resources，offshore oil development well has been taken into people’S attention，which Can not work without the support of offshore drilling rig， drilling equipment is upstream of the giant offshore oil industry equipment．Rig hoisting system is a very complex mechanical vibration system which is the core of drilling rig，its performance directly affects the work performance of the entire rig．Theoretically safety analys on offshore oil dri lling hoist system should be done。 Firstly，according to structural characteristics of the marine platform drilling equipment， the use of domino theory of accident on drilling platform accident is able tO effectively simplify the rig structure．And then，critical incidents in the offshore drilling rig status can be identified．Do safety analysis on offshore drilling rig from these incidents，and take appropriate security measures to ensure that these key tache should work on the security state． Secondly，the use of HSE hazard identification could find rig hoisting system failure on various factors from the man，machine to environment．Find out the rig hoisting system failure and human injury risk factors from analysing the type of accident and personal injury category on offshore platforms． Then，the conventional fault tree analysis should be done using the above analysis to establish the minimum cut set，and then determine the important basic events，in turn， important basic events can be identified which may lead to the failure of superior events． Those equipment which take the occurrence of such failures need tO take special safety measures and equipment or the reliability analysis． Finally,this article will find reliability analysis on the equipment which accident consequences is seriously，to determine if they Can work reliably on their normal working s
