铜绿假单胞菌临床分布及菌株来源分析 (绵阳市中心医院检验科四川绵阳621000) 【摘要】目的：了解铜绿假单胞菌在医院感染的临床分布及菌株来源, 为医院感染控制措施提供依据。方法：采用珠海迪尔牛物工程有限公司牛产的 DL-96自动细菌鉴定系统检测铜绿假单胞菌，用WHONET5.6统计方法回顾性分 析其来源与科室分布。结果：2014年1月?2014年12月在木院检出铜绿假单胞 菌“6株，其中分离科室居于前两位的是呼吸科、ICU,分別是63株和32株。 标木来源中分离铜绿假单胞菌最多的标木是痰液及分泌物，其中痰液138株，所 占比例为83.2%；分泌物12株，所占比例为7.2%。结论：铜绿假单胞菌感染主 要发牛在院内ICU、呼吸科。菌株来源最多的就是痰液，主要引起呼吸道感染。 【关键词】铜绿假单胞菌；临床分布；菌株来源 【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231 (2016) 23-0020-02 Analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa clinical distribution and source of strain [Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in strains andsources of hospital infection, hospital infection control measures to provide the basis for.
