钮耙X线在乳腺癌中的临床应用价值 吴離 (铜陵市第四人民医院器械科 244000) 【摘要】目的:探讨钥耙x线对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法：收集我院2010 年1月至2013年2月间病例资料完整28例乳腺癌病例，所有病例均经手术病理 证实，回顾性分析其x线表现，包括直接征象、间接征象。结果:28例乳腺癌中， 左乳15例，右乳13例，部位以外上象限最多见，有17例；浸润性导管癌25 例，混合癌1例，富于糖原透明细胞癌1例，原位癌1例；x线表现：肿块23 例，微小钙化14例，局限性密度增高4例，结构紊乱2例，钙化伴星芒征2例， 腺体结构紊乱伴异常血管影2例，乳头回缩、漏斗征2例，局部皮肤凹陷2例; 局限性皮肤增厚2例；血管增粗1例，乳腺内淋巴结或腋前淋巴结肿大5例，结 论:钮耙x线在乳腺癌的临床诊断与鉴别诊断中具有重要的价值，是诊断乳腺癌 的首选影像学方法 【关键词】乳腺癌钮耙摄影微钙化 【中图分类号】R737.9 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 18-0072-03 The Clinical Value of Molybdenum X-ray in Breast Cancer Diagnosis WU Yan (The Equipment Section, The No.4 Tongling Peoples Hospital, 244000 ) [Abstract]This paper aims at investigating the value of molybdenum X-ray in the diagnosis of breast cancer. The author collected 28 breast cancer cases from January 2010 to February 2013, all of which have bee n con firmed both by surgery and pathology, and con ducted retrospective an alysis of the X-ray expression of these cases, includi ng the direct and in direct signs. The result shows that, among the 28 breast cancer cases, there are 15 cases of breast cancer and 13 cases of right breast cancer. The parts of most of the patients are in upper quadra nt and the parts of 17 cases are there; 25 cases of inf iltrative ductal carci no ma, lease of mixed type carci no ma, 1 case of glycoge n-rich, clear cell carci noma, 1 case of carci noma in situ; The X-ray findings in elude: mass( n 二 23),micro calcificatio n(n=14), and limited density increase(n=4),2 cases of structural disorder; 2 cases of calcification with asterism, 2 cases of gland disorder with abn ormal blood vessel film, in verted n ipple and hopper symptom (n=2), 2 cases of local skin pitting; limited pachyderma symptom(n=2), vascular increase(n=l), 5 cases of mammary gland inner lymph node or anterior axillary lymph node enlargement? Based on the above analysis, the author of the present paper finds that Molybdenum X-ray, as a primary method of, is very valuable in the clinical diagnosis and appraisal of breast cancer. 【
