英國、愛爾蘭國家資歷架構與 歐洲終身學習資歷架構之比較分析 夏慧蓉 淡江大學教育政策與領導研究所碩士生 摘 要 本文旨在探討歐洲終身學習資歷架構 （European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning ）產生之背景與現況，並以英國及愛爾蘭共和國為例，比 較分析此二國家資歷架構與歐洲終身學習資歷架構。首先，本文 先說明歐洲終 身學習資歷架構之沿革及現制 ；其次，將分別說明英國四地區（英格蘭、蘇格 蘭、威爾斯、北愛爾蘭 ）與愛爾蘭共和國國家資歷架構之現況 ；接著，將針對 此二國家與歐洲終身學習資歷架構進行比較分析；最後，本文將作簡扼之歸納 小結。 關鍵詞：歐洲終身學習資歷架構、英國國家資歷與學分架構 、蘇格蘭 學分及資 歷 架構 、愛爾蘭國家資歷架構 。 1 A study on the national qualification frameworks of the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, and the European Qualification Framework Hui- Jung, Hsia Postgraduate student, Graduate Institute of Educational Policy and Leadership, Tamkang University Abstract This paper aims to analyze the Qualifications Frameworks of United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, and compare their QF systems with the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning. This paper is divided into five sections. In the first section, this paper will summarize the formation of the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning, and in the second section, this paper will analyze the QF systems in the four nations of the United Kingdom. In the third section, the focus will be put on the explanation of the QF system in the Republic of Ireland. After comparing the QF systems of these two countries with the European QF system in the fourth section, a brief conclusions will be summarized in the last section. Keywords: European Qualifications
