乳腺纤维瘤手术病人的临床护理要点分析 蒋轶 长沙市妇幼保健院410000 【摘要】目的：分析比较乳腺纤维瘤手术病人的护理方法，总结临床护理 要点。方法：木研究将2014年3至2015年12月我院治疗的48例乳腺纤维瘤手 术患者随机平均分为对照组和研究组各24例，分别给予不同的护理方法，对照 组患者采用常规护理方式，研究组患者在对照组护理方式基础上增加综合护理， 从患者住院时间、并发症发生率及患者满意度等方面比较分析两组患者的护理效 果。结果：研究组患者行针对性护理干预后其护理总护理满意度(95.8%)，采用 常规护理方式的对照组(66.7%),相比差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05);两组 患者采用不同护理方式进行护理后其临床效果，研究组切口一期愈合、术后切口 感染、血肿感染及不良反应发生率均较对照组差异有明显统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。 结论：对乳腺纤维瘤手术患者采取针对性的临床护理干预能使治疗效果显著提高， 并降低并发症的发生，有效改善护患关系，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】乳腺纤维瘤：手术治疗；护理要点 [Abstract]Objective： To analyze and compare the nursing methods of patients with breast cancer and to summarize the main points of clinical nursing.Methods： This study will march 2014 to 2015 December in our hospital treatment of 48 cases of breast fiber tumor surgery patients were randomly divided into control group and study group with 24 cases in each，were given different nursing methods, the control group were treated with routine care，patients in study group in the control group in the care of comprehensive nursing, from hospitalization time, complications occur rate and patient satisfaction and other aspects of the comparison and analysis of the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results： the study group patients for nursing intervention after the nursing care satisfaction (95.8%) by routine care control group (66.7%), compared to the differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05)； two groups of patients with different nursing care after the clinical effect, incision in study group a period of healing, postoperative incision infection, hematoma，infection and adverse reaction incidence were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05) .Conclusion： the clinical nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of complications，and effectively improve the relationship between nurses and patients, which is worthy of clinical application. ［Key words］： Breast fiber tumor； Surgical treatment； Key
