乳腺钼靶摄影在乳腺癌筛查中的诊断价值 北京市房山IX妇幼保健院102488 摘要：目的分析探讨乳腺钼靶摄影在乳腺癌筛查中应用价值，总结乳腺癌钼靶 摄影的X线征象，以利于乳腺癌的诊断。方法用乳腺钼靶X线头足位及内外斜 位投照对临床触诊乳腺癌疑似病例进行筛查。对63例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌 患者的钼靶X线征象进行回顾性分析、总结结果63例乳腺癌患者X线征象： 肿块34例，其中肿块伴微小钙化12例；单纯泥沙样钙化8例；星芒征6例；结 构紊乱伴片状增生3例。其它X线表现还有：乳头内陷，呈“漏斗征”，乳晕皮 肤增厚，病灶周围血管增粗，增多，导管扩张，腋部淋巴结增大等。结论乳腺 钼靶摄影对乳腺癌显示清楚，对病变定位较准确，具有较高的诊断正确率。加强 育龄妇女的乳腺防癌普查工作对早期发现乳腺癌有重要意义。 关键词：乳腺肿瘤；钼靶；筛查；X线诊断 Mammary gland molybdenum target photography diagnostic value in breast cancer screening LIU Shu-juan (Beijing fangshan district maternity and children’s health care centersBeijing 102488，China) [abstract] objective analysis to study the application value in the mammary gland molybdenum target photography in breast cancer screening，summary of molybdenum target photography the X-ray signs of breast cancer, to facilitate the diagnosis of breast cancer. Method is to use a thread of mammary gland molybdenum target X and inclined a foot shot according to the clinical touch suspected cases of breast cancer screening. In 63 cases confirmed by surgery pathology for molybdenum target X-ray signs of breast cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the results of 63 cases of breast cancer patients X-ray signs： lump 34 cases， including 12 cases lump with tiny calcification； Pure sediment sample calcification 8 cases； Star sign 6 cases； Structure disorder with flake hyperplasia in 3 cases. Other X-ray findings include： nipple retraction, show funnel，areola skin thickening, enlargement of peripheral vascular lesions, duct expansion, the increase in the number of axillary lymph node enlargement.Conclusion mammary gland molybdenum target photography in breast cancer showed clearly，the lesion localization is accurate, with high diagnostic accuracy. Strengthen the breast cancer screening among women of reproductive age has important significance for early detection of breast cancer.
