硕士学位论文MASTER’S 硕士学位论文 MASTER’S THESIS Abstract “Human Resource is the first resource’’is accepted as a public idea all over the world.Developing the value of the talents requires the market as the right allocation of human resources.It also requires the“flexible’’system for the fluidity of human resources.Having its eye on the spirit of the times,this text advances the theoretical foundation and realistic meaning of Human Resources allocation which is based on the basic principles of economics、personnel management and education. The thesis includes four parts.Starting with the nature of Hulnan Resources. the first part probes into the deftnition of Human Resource.and then analyzes the nature and Hunlan Resources allocation of Market Economy.It points out that the Market Economy releases the subjectivity of human being.The second part probes into the theoretical fotmdation of HLlman Resources Allocation of Market Economy. Firstly,from the point of CIassic Economics and Marxism Economics,the thesis recalls the classic theory of Human Resource Allocation,which iS the foundation of Human Resources Allocation of Market economy Then.from the point of necessily and reasonableness of Human Resources Allocation of Market Economy,the writer argues that it suits for the social development and individual development.This part is the guidance ofthe last two pans Based Oil these theories.The third part analyzes current situation of our country which starts with the process of Market Economy in China and then focuses on the weakness of the institution of personnel management、education and evaluation system of society.The last part tries to construct a system of how to improve the situation of tturllan Resources AIlocation of China following the idea of the right choice of two subjectivity and formalizing the talents Market itself These two subjectivity are Educational institution and organizations。The educational institution should foCUS on the students’abillty building;the org
