Yes, they are.No, they aren’t. 能力目标：培养学生的口语表达和交际能力 情感目标：培养学生保护动物的意识。 教具准备：多媒体课件，单词卡片，动物头套。 教学重点：单词：sheep，hen，cow，horse及其复数形式的表达。 　　　　　句型：What are they？和Are they…?的问答。 教学难点：horse，sheep的复数形式表达以及句型的运用。 教学过程： Step one: Warm up 1. Enjoy a song: Old MacDonald has a farm. 2.引导学生看图引出课题At the farm. 教读课题。 Step two: Presentation 一、 Go to the farm：(创设情境) T: MacDonald has good news for you. They will have a big party at the farm. Let’s go and join them. 1、 T: There are many animals at a farm. They are playing the hiding game. 看图复习已经学过的动物类单词。 T：Look，there are so many animals. What can you see? Ss: I can see a … 　　2、Sing a song together with animal friends(齐唱改编歌曲)。 二、Meet new animal friends (Let’s learn单词教学 ) 1、看图引出new animals at the farm，教读单词horse。看图理解词义，看ppt分解发音，自然拼读法教学。再看图片引出horses，引导学生注意单复数的区别。板书单词，教读句型：What are these? They are …. (注意教读these的发音) Chant: These, these, what are these? Horses, horses, they are horses. 　　2、看图引出单词cow，自然拼读法教读单词 cow和cows，引导学生注意单复数的区别。问答式练习句型。 Chant: These, these, what are these? Cows, cows, they are cows. 3、看图引出单词hen，自然拼读法教读单词 hen和henws，引导学生注意单复数的区别。Chant练习句型。 4. 看图引出单词sheep，自然拼读法教读单词sheep，引导学生注意sheep单复数同形。Chant练习句型。 5. 巩固单词： a、利用PPT复习单词四个新单词的单复数。 b、教师说单词，学生指图，教师指图，学生说单词。 c、游戏：萝卜蹲，加强巩固。 三、Have fun with the animals friends.（句型教学） 1.图片引出问题。T: Are these hens? 引导学生回答： Yes, they are. No, they aren’t.板书句型，并利用图片操练句型。 2、我来表演你来猜：在一组中请一名同学选单词卡片，其他人根据卡片提示在前面表演，其他组的同学人用Are they…?来猜他们表演的动物。猜错了，该同学要说：No，they aren’t.猜对了，说：Yes, they are. Step three: Practice （Draw and say.） 1、分组动手设计自己的农场，并向同组人介绍自己的农场。 2、完成PPT上的练习题。 Step four: summary and extensions： 了解关于动物的俚语。 Sing and dance with the animals. We should love animals.
