It’s a duck, It’s yellow. It’s small. It’s nice.（用名词单数描述物品特征）紧接着出示很多小鸭子图片，第一次展示新句型What are these? 让学生感受this, these 的不同，并回答They are ducks.强调ducks。接着描述They are yellow. They are small. They are nice.(由名词单数自然过渡到复数来描述物品特征。) (2) 教学tomato(es)以及 句型What are these? 出示一个tomato图片，学生说句型What is this? It’s a tomato。 带读新词tomato.学生接着描述It’s red. It’s round. It’s yum.（用名词单数描述物品特征,为接下来的复数描述做铺垫）紧接着出示很多tomato图片，学习新句型What are these?让学生感受this, these 的不同，并回答They are tomatoes.强调tomatoes书写，发音。学生一对一练习问答。接着描述They are yellow. They are small. They are nice.(由名词单数自然过渡到复数来描述物品特征。)出示Try some句型和图片，感受意思。展示两张yellow tomatoes 和green tomatoes 图片，了解有不同颜色的tomatoes.（生活常识拓展）。接着拍手说关于tomato的歌谣。 (3)教学carrots以及句型What are these? 出示一个carrot图片，学生说句型What is this? It’s a carrot。 带读新词carrot.关注学生发音。学生接着描述It’s...紧接着出示很多carrot图片，学习新句型What are these?并回答They are carrots.强调书写，发音。学生一对一练习问答。接着描述They are....(由名词单数自然过渡到复数来描述物品特征。)出示Try some句型和图片，感受意思。 (4)小组练习：What are these?
