Reversible data hiding is one of the hot research areas of information security. The reversible data hiding techniques can fully restore the cover data after the hidden data being correctly extracted. In recent years, the reversible data hiding in encrypted image is attracted many researchers. In this technology, to ensure the security of the secret message and the cover image, the secret message can be embedded into the encrypted image. The original cover image can be recovered losslessly after the embedded message is extracted. This important technique is widely used in law forensics, medical imagery and military imagery. In this paper, we propose an improved reversible data hiding method in encrypted image. Based on this scheme, we present a method that hides data in encrypted image in the manner of secret sharing. The main works are as follows: We proposed a reversible data hiding in encrypted image. This is a single cover image data hiding method. In proposed method, we reserving room in cover image before encryption, and save these reserving room by using Bicubic interpolation and partitioned local histogram shift. Then encrypted the cover image, and we obtained an encryption cover image with the reserving room. After encrypted the cover image, the secret message can be embedded into the encrypted image. The experimental results indicated that the quality of the stego image is obviously improved in the case of the same embedding rate. We proposed a reversible data hiding in encrypted image based on image secret sharing. This is a multi-cover images data hiding method.
