乳《≤890摘 乳《≤890 摘 要 、一| 戡国加入WTO已成定局，预计2001年12月即可加入世贸组织，作为 民族医药体系的一个重要组成部分一中药业在加入世贸组织后，将面临着 机遇与挑战。因此，研究加入WTO后我国中药业的发展趋向与对策极具显 著的现实意义。Y 本文从“世贸”组织的基本职能和中国加入WTO协议的相关内容着手， 介绍了我崮医药行业的发展现状及我国加入WTO后，中药行业在疗好“内 伤”，积极推进中药现代化战略，巩固扩大国内市场的同时，主动向海外扩 展，实施中药国际化的对策。并对目前国内医药市场进行了比较、介绍。 总的而言中国加入WTO后，中药行业将面临一个推动中药行业难得的 发展机遇：大量资金涌入该行业，并为中药行业注入了大量的人才。因此， 中药行业把握好这次机遇的关键在于积极加强中药现代化、国际化示范研 究、加强中药应用基础研究、建立中药信息系统、建立中药工程技术研究中 心和产业基地、培养中药跨国产业集团、拓展中医药进入国际市场的渠道、 强化。{1药知识产权保护、实施宅茧主遏的冒堕萱堂篁堕：培养新型中医药人 才，并从政策、机制、融资得到多方扶持与改革。 关键词：WTO、中药行业、枫谴卜挑战，剥磊b啼朗静 ， Abstractit’s Abstract it’s a foregone conclusion that our country will take part in the WTO The entrance time is estimated to be Dec．200 1．As one of the important parts of national medical systems，the Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry will gain opportunity and face challenges．It is of remarkable significance in practice to study the development trend and strmegy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry after taking part in the WTO． According to the fundamental function of WTO’s organization and the relevant contents of Chinese acceding treaty,this paper introduces the developing statue of Chinese Medicine Industry，illustrates the Traditional Chinese medicine Line extending abroad actively and tmdertaking the international strategy while solving old problems，improving modernization strategy positively, consolidating and 5expanding domestic market after joining the WTO，and also compares the domestic medical market with the overseas． Generally speaking，after taking part in the WTO，the Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry will obtain a precious developing opportunity,as a lot of capitals would be invested and many talents would enter the industry．The crucial point is to strengthen the study of modernization of the Traditional Chinese Medicine，international demonstrating，and the basic practical research，set up useful information system，engineering study center and industrial bases，develop the ways of entering international market， strengthen the protecti
