重庆大学工商管理硕士学位论文 重庆大学工商管理硕士学位论文 Abstract Abst ract The paper,taking that China will soon join WTO and open financial market as background，give a deep analysis and discussion on competitive superiurity of foreign·funded banks，development trend of world banking and existent problems in China’s banking．It adopted comparative analysis，economy analysis，caSe analysis， and combination of quantitative analysis witll qualitative analysis and emphatically studies on the characteristics and motive causes ofmergerreorganization ofworld banking．and the necessity,system environment and principle of merger reorganization of china’S banking witll strategic perspective and consciousness of globalization．It proposed the overall plan of urgently needing ongoing restructuring by mergerreorganization while establishing modem bank system with joint-stock system at the core so as to enhance efficiency and lower costs，expand the scale of assets，enlarge capital strength and improve credit grade，realize coordinated development and superiority complement，increase ability of earning，risk-resistance and market competitiveness．It also put forward some political advices about the establishment of China Social Security Bank．financial legislation and set-up of deposit insurance system etc．A modem banking system which taking the large and medium．sized joint．stock system banks as main form，small and medium banks as supplement and having high efficiency and international competitiveness shodd be established．The msearch results are ofgreat theoretical and practical importance． Key words：World Trade Organization banking mergerreorganization II 重庆大学工商管理硕士学位论文 重庆大学工商管理硕士学位论文 1前言 1前言 1．1研究本课题的目的和意义 随着中美、中欧关于中国加入WTO协议的签署，中国加入WTO的谈判 已经进入了最后阶段。可以说中国近期加入WTO已成定局，这是我国政治、 经济生活中的一件大事。我国是一个相对落后的发展中国家，由计划经济向市 场经济过渡的时间不长，各个产业与市场经济发达国家的相同产业相比，其竞 争力存在很大的差距。WTO规定各缔约国必须按协议开放市场，因此我国各 产业都将面临不同程度的影响和冲击。尤其是作为国家经济中枢的金融业，所 受到的冲击最大、影响也最深。而面对世界日益全球化
