MAX 公司生产部员工绩效考核体系研究 摘要 随着信息社会的到来和市场竞争的日益深化，越来越多的企业开始重视绩效考核。 许多企业希望通过建立一套完善的绩效考核体系，将抽象的战略有效地转化为具体的员 工行动，以保证企业战略的顺利实施。在研究绩效考核体系与战略实施的关系方面， KPI(Key Performance Indicators)被广为关注。本文通过对 MAX 公司生产部现状的分 析，探讨该方法的应用，希望为 MAX 公司生产部的绩效探索出一套适合的绩效考核体系。 在内容结构上，本文在广泛学习和探讨国内外已有的绩效考核理论和考核方法的基 础上，首先了解了 MAX 公司生产部的人力资源状况和分析了目前 MAX 公司生产部绩效考 核的现状。其次，通过问卷调查和调研分析，总结出了 MAX 公司生产部绩效考核目前存 在的主要问题。而后，基于企业的战略，探讨了如何在企业、部门、岗位三个层次上建 立 KPI 绩效考核体系。最后，为了有效地实施绩效管理，运用层次分析法和模糊综合评 价构建了 MAX 公司生产部绩效考核模型，并为 MAX 公司生产部绩效考核体系实施提出了 一些建议。 关键词： 绩效考核体系；关键业绩指标；MAX 公司 The research of performance evaluation system of Production sector in MAX Author: Cao Jianli Supervisor ：Li Hongwei ABSTRACT With the advent of the information society and the deepening of market competition, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to performance management.
