上海海摹大学硕士学位论文 上海海摹大学硕士学位论文 基于资源的专业技术J晖化器能力研究 ReSOUrCe-baSed Research on Competence of Professional Technology Business Incubator ABSTRACT Business Incubator is a new social and economic organization，to cultivate smalt／medium start-ups，especially for scientific and technological start-ups． Commonly,smaIVmedium start-ups are infirmity,and they always have low living rate．Once after cultivation of the business incubator，the cost and risk of these ventures would be reduced，then their living rate would increase． Meanwhile innovative research wilI translate jnto pmduct and create their social value．Now，as a policy or measure for cultivating small／medium start·ups，many economies set up a lot of business incubators．In China， business incubators are behaving an active performance in society or economy,such as they have plus effect on prosper our economy,increase employment，improve technological innovation，and SO on．． Business incubator has come into the world for half an century：however,it is still a new economical organization to human．Theory research or practice of business incubator can not catch up with the requirement of its development． many theories are not SO perfect indeed．Professional technology business incubator is a type of incubator．It was focused by many people in China nowadays． This paper is base on the Resource-based Theory of the Firm and Competence Theory ot the Firm，infers the relationship of professional technology business incubator’S resources and competence．Then it analyzed the influence factOrs to the competence of professional technology business incubator，proposed some advices for cultivating professional technology busJ#ess incubators competence，and conducted the research of eva／uatfng professional technology business incubator．After these，it has drawn some important conclusions as foUows． Without resources and competence，any enterprise can make ever a little development．But the resources and competence can’t be equal to other 上海海事大学硕士学位论文 上海海事大
