摘 摘 要 近年来，随着我国高速公路的飞速发展沥青路面在我国也得到了广泛的运用， 同时也暴露出严重的早期破坏等问题。早期破坏形式多样，但在全国范围有一个 普遍的现象：路面沿着路线方向出现周期性破坏。造成这种破坏最主要的原因是 混合料在这些过程中发生了周期性的离析。 本论文从施工质量和施工效果的角度出发，对新、IIt两种施工工艺进行比较 分析和研究，通过对沥青混合料转运车作用原理和沥青混合料转运车对施工机群 中其它机械设备运行状态影响情况的分析、研究，提出新工艺的可行性和先进性。 并运用概率论、数理统计、随机服务系统理论公路工程机械化施工系统理论及技 术经济评价方法，深入研究了沥青混凝土路面机械化施工系统，各机械在施工作 业中各个时期的工作状态、相互关系、相互制约的规律和技术经济评价。在深刻 认识沥青混合料转运车工作原理的基础上，通过对新工艺下单机“作业规律”和 机群“联合工作规律”的分析和研究，构建了能够精确描述新工艺下沥青路面机 械化施工系统工作状况的数学模型和相应的技术经济评价体系，提出了沥青路面 机械化施工系统资源优化配置方法。 通过编制计算机专家系统，使公路施工企业在实际施工过程可以借助计算机 实现上述资源优化配置方法的运用。 关键词：沥青路面；机械化施工；离析；新工艺；单机；机群；转运车 ABSTRACTIn ABSTRACT In recent years．而th the rapid development of our country’s freeway,the Hot-Mix-Asphalt(HMA)pavement has been widely used in our∞伽1ny At the same time，some problems such as the serious early destructions also have appeared．The forms of the destruction are diverse,but there exists a widespread phenomenon all over the country：pavement periodic breakage of the pavement appears along the routes．The primary reason for the destruction is that the HMA have undergone periodic segregation in these processes． This thesis analyzes and researches the n唧and old construction technics from the construction quantity and result．It puts forward the feasibility趾d advancement of the new technics via analyzing and researching the using theory and effecting on other machines of the constructing machine cluster of the MTV(Material Transfer Vehicle)． Applying the theory ofprobability,mathematical statistics，the theory ofrandom service system,the theory of highway engineering mechanization construction system and the method of evaluation of technology and economy,it is deeply into the study of the machines’states during asphalt pavement constructing，the roles of relations and limits and the evaluation of technology and economy,under considering of the practice of highway engineering mechanization construction and the limited facIf,Ol8 of influencing the mechanization construction system of asphalt pavement．On the base of de
