结果 ： 治疗前,治疗组与对照组在性别、年龄、病程、证型、神经 功能缺损程度（总评分）比较均无显著性差异(P＞O.05)。治疗组与对照 组患者分别经过6周治疗后，治疗组治疗前后积分减少幅度为12.10± 6.21，对照组为7.00±4.47，两组症状积分均不同程度下降（P＜0.01）, 且治疗组评分降低的幅度大于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗组愈显率为75%， 总有效率为90%；对照组愈显率为30%，总有效率为70%，经统计学处理， 差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 ：夹脊穴埋线配合常规辨证取穴针刺法、单纯常规辨证取穴针 刺法均能使中风偏瘫患者症状体征得到改善,且夹脊穴埋线配合常规辨 证取穴针刺组疗效明显优于单纯常规辨证取穴针刺组。通过比较,可知夹 脊穴埋线配合常规辨证取穴针刺法是治疗中风肢体偏瘫的一种更为有效 的方法。 关键词: 夹脊穴，埋线，辨证取穴，中风偏瘫 Clinical observation of clip catgut embedding Jiaji points combined with conventional differentiation acupoints for treatment of Apoplectic Hemiplegia ABSTRACT Objective: In Jiaji treatment of stroke-related medicine, modern medicine based on the theory and application of a combination of many scholars of modern treatment of stroke Jiaji experience, practical results and mentor, Professor Pang Yong treatment for stroke patients and clinical experience preliminary studies, through clinical observation and treatment group (embedding Jiaji acupoints acupuncture with conventional syndrome) and control group (simple routine differentiation acupoints acupuncture) stroke hemiplegia patients with signs and symptoms before and after treatment, respectively, score changes, to evaluate the folder ridge point embedding with conventional syndrome acupoints for hemiplegia stroke patients recover therapeutic efficacy, in order to find an effective and better way to treat stroke hemiplegia, and embedding of Jiaji acupoints with the conventional treatment of stroke hemiplegia dialectical provided empirical basis, in order that it can be promoted in the clinic, make some contribution to the treatment of hemiplegia.
