北京工业大学工学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT 北京工业大学工学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT 晰th the缸Tth．er development of econornic 910bahzation，RD，standardization and their concerted development exert more important effect on competition capability of a nation，SO now the worldwide competition in the fields of RD and standardization is very intense，and major developed countries have established their strategies of standardization,which appeal improvement of concerted development of RD and standardization in our nation．But there are still a lot of problems about it． which result in disjoint of RD and standardization，and bad inosculation of them． Against the back毋．oundthere is significant meaning to edvance concerted development ofstandardization and RD ofscience and technology． The paper has absorbed these corrected results of theoretical research：the relation,mutual action and concerted development of standardization and R＆D：and the connotation，conditions and characters of concerted development of standardization and RD．Based on the corrected results of theoretical research，the paper summarized and analyzed the realistic foundation,key problems and barriers needed to eliminate about concerted development of RD and standardization according to the corrected results of investigation；based on the realistic situation in Our n“on,the paper conceived a tentative plan about concerted development ofRD and standardization,referring to adVanced experience of other countries；the paper also put forward three tasks of slrategy of concerted development：‘transformation from RD productions to standards”，‘‘standards advanciIlg translation from RD productions to pmductiv／ty’and“standards advancing innovation ofRD”．Smdgng these tasks，the paper expounded these conceptions：‘transformation’，“translation’ and“innovation of RD”，and analyzed realistic barriers．Finally the paper made some suggestions ofpolicies． Key Words transform；translate；R＆D：standardization；concerted development n 独创性声明本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研 独创性
