T程硕卜学位论文 T程硕卜学位论文 黄河下游T情险情会商3 摘要 近年来，黄河水利委员会(以下简称黄委)基于Web GIS(MapXtreme)和地图服 务中间件，搭建了黄委地图服务平台。本文在此平台基础上，开发完成了Intemet／Intranet 版本的“黄河下游工情险情会商系统’’。该系统基于Intemet，把计算机科学与地理信息 系统相结合，采用中间件技术，使用Java语言进行开发完成。 文中给出了该系统的基本框架、逻辑结构和功能结构，介绍了数据库的设计，并对 系统中涉及到的相关技术进行了研究和讨论，最后利用实例分析介绍了整个系统的实 现。该系统是结合现代网络条件和现有技术开发力量而开发建设的面向委、省、市、县 四级的防汛应用系统。目前，系统已应用于实际的防汛工作中，基本实现了面向“数字 防汛抢险报险等环节的应用需求，为会商决策提供了有效的支持。 最后，本文在第六章给出了该系统的主要创新之处和需要完善的地方，以提高防汛 会商系统的各项技术指标，为今后的工情险情会商工作提供更全面的信息支持。 关键词：工情险情：会商：数字防汛：WebGIS；J2EE Abstraet Abstraet 硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT In recent years，based on WebGIS(MapXtreme)and map middleware，the YRCC map service platform was established．On the basis of this platform，the“Flood Congol Engineering Information and Flood—caused Engineering Information Advising System for the Lower Yellow River’was developed in the Intemet／Intranet networks environment．Based on Intemet,this paper combines computer science witll Geographic Information System，adopts middleware technology,and uses Java technology to develope the system． In this paper,basic framework of the system，logical structure and function configuration are provided，弱well as the design ofthe database．In addition，key technologies used in this system are investigated and discussed．Finally，we use some examples tO introduce the implementation of this system．This SyStem is a four level(YRCC-level，province—level， city—level，country level)application system developed with the combination of current internet technology and existing techniques．At present,it has been applied tO the practical flood—contr01．and it meets the basic demands of flood control and flood report in“digital flood control”，SO it provides effectively supports for Flood Concerned and Dangerous Situation Expert Consulting． Finally,in Chapter VI of this paper,the major innovations and the nee
