The The Research to the effect and safety of Trad i t i ona I Ch i nose MediciRe which activating bIood to resoIve stagnation combined with antithrombotio therapy with ACS patients． Speoi_I jty：InternaI Medicino of TraditionaI Chineso Medicino Author：Lai Ren Kui Tutor：Professor Hong Yong Dun Abstract objeetive The aim of the study was to assess the effect and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine which activating blood to resolve stagnation combined with antithrombotic therapy by observing the effect and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine which activating blood to resolve stagnation combined with antithrombotic therapy with^CS patients． Method The basic constitute and adverse reactions of Traditional Chinese Medicine which activating blood to resolve stagnation with ACS patients in the past four years in cardiovascular department were retrospectively analysed．111e application such as proportion and clays of Chinese patent medicine injection which activating blood to resolve stagnation were retrospectiVely analysed．66 patients with ACS were randomly assigned to three groups，the control group or the Danshen Injection group or the Danshen Injection combined with Chuanxiong injection group．The control group was treated with the injection that are not capable of activating blood to resolve stagnation combined with antithrombotic therapy．The Danshen injection group was treated with the Danshen injection combined with antithrombotic therapy．The Danshen Injection combined with Chuanxiong injection group was treated with the Danshen injection and Chuanxiong injection group combined with antithrombotic therapy．The effect and safety of three groups were observed and compared． Result The Research showed that Traditional Chinese Medicine which activating blood to resolve stagnation used by ACS patients in the past four years in cardiovascular department were based on the GuanxinⅡDecoction．T11e adverse reactions were infrequency so the patients could accept the drug
