基于采纳视角的农业信息技术应用关键 因素识别 张标张领先傅泽田王洁琼 中国农业大学 农业部农业信息化标准化重点实验室 摘要： 信息技术在农业屮的应用促进了 “互联网+现代农业”的深度融合，是实现由传 统农业向现代农业跨越的关键路径。基于对全国235个农业组织调研数据的统计 描述分析，构建农业组织采纳农业农业信息技术的二元Logistics模型，识别 影响牛产者釆纳农业信息技术的关键因素。研究结果表明：新注册成立的农业组 织呈现逐渐增加趋势，且发展规模差异明显;企业和政府是农业组织成立的牵头 主体，农业组织实行差异化经营方式;有4 8. 5%的农业组织提供产销一体化服务, 采纳农业信息技术的农业组织占到3 0. 5%;成立时间、提高产量、信息获取、政 府支持、周围有人用、资金储备和能力信心等7个因素对农业组织采纳农业信息 技术具有显著促进作用。最后，提出需求导向型技术研发、加大政策支持力度和 加强对生产者进行培训等政策建议，以期能够促进农业信息技术推广扩散。 关键词： 农业信息技术;农业组织;采纳行为;Logistics模型； 作者简介：张标（1988-），男，安徽阜阳人，博士研究生，（E-mail） zhangbiaol1250163. com。 作者简介：张领先（1970-），男，河南固始人，教授，博士生导师，（E-mail） zlxl31@163. com。 收稿日期：2017-03-06 基金：国家社会科学基金重点项目（14AJY019） Identification of Key Factors of Agricultural Information Technology Application Based on Adoption Perspective Zhang Biao Zhang Lingxian Fu Zetian Wang Jieqiong China Agricultural University; Abstract： The application of infonneition tcchnology in agriculturc has become the key way to realize the leap from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.
