PAGE 论文题目: 城镇地籍测量方案设计 专 业: 测绘工程 本 科 生: 康 涛 （签名） 指导教师: 汤伏全 （签名） 摘 要 近年来，国家加强了对土地资源的管理。08年以来，为了全面查清土地利用状况，掌握真实的土地基础数据，建立和完善土地调查、统计和登记制度，国家正在进行全国第二次全国土地调查。地籍测量主要包括:宗地权属调查、野外数据采集。在这次调查中对地籍测量作了如下定义：地籍测量是测量每宗土地的权属界址点、界址线、其他地籍要素、位置、形状等，计算面积，以及编制地籍图和宗地图。这就要求我们在地籍测量中要结合各地的实际情况和现有的的仪器设备制定完整和详细的地籍测量方案，以保证测量结果达到所要求的精度。 本文以靖边县城镇地籍测量工作为平台，结合靖边县的具体情况，对如何制定城镇地籍测量方案作了比较详细的讨论。重点讨论了对已有资料进行分析和利用、地方独立坐标系统的建立以及近年来在地籍测量中常用的GPS测量和GPS-RTK技术的原理和实施方法。在文章的最后，对现在地籍测量中的热点问题——城乡一体化地籍测量进行了简单的说明。 关键词：地籍，地籍测量，城镇地籍测量，一体化地籍测量 Title: Design of City Cadastral Surveying Major： Geodetic engineering Name： Kang tao Signature: Supervisor：TangFuquan Signature: ABSTRACT In recent years, the country has strengthened the management of land resources.
