论中国文化背景下大学生的个性发展.doc

【摘 要】 个性贯穿着人的一生，正是人的个性特征中所包含的气质、性格、兴趣和能力，影响着和决定着人生的风貌、人生的事业和人生的命运，影响着人的一生。由于大学生这个群体的特点决定了大学是传承文化和创新文化的最重要的场所。而大学文化也就成为了影响大学生个性发展的重要因素。我们要通过良好的大学文化的影响使大学生具有吸引人、打动人、震撼人的力量。本文详细叙述了文化以及西方文化与我国文化的差异所在，并通过对个性的特征以及对个性的影响因素的分析，提出了在我国文化背景下,促进我国大学生个性良好发展的途径。 【关键词】 中国文化 文化差异 大学生 个性发展 【Abstract】Personality is passing though our lives every minute. And just the temperament, character, interest and capability which are including in personality has influenced and determined the style and features, career and destiny of all our lives. Owing to the distinguishing feature of undergraduate students, a university is one of the most important fields of the succession and innovation of culture. And the university culture influenced the undergraduates at all times. We should try to find the way of making the personality of undergraduates attractive and full of power. This thesis mainly discusses the meaning of culture, together with the difference between Chinese culture and Western culture. And then the thesis depicts the features of personality and the analyses of elements of the development of personality.
