研究生优秀毕业论文 To To study the d i st i nct phenotypes of d i str i but i on regu I ar i ty of TCM syndrormes of COPD SpeciaIty：TraditionaI Ohi medition Author：Li Cheng Tutor：Professor Zhang We Abstract Ob i ect i ve： Through collecting and arraging the clinical data of COPD patients，we can diSCUSS the 1aw of diffrent TCM syndromes distributing in COPD phenotypes．it wi 1l be the foundation of the conbined treatment of’traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of COPD patients individually． Methods： Using retrospective study and arraging the clinical data including the age，sex，symptoms，smoking index，BMI，mMRC，the rate of AE，CT report，TCM syndromes，medical history，the tongue and pulse of all COPD patients of the department of the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of Chinese medition during Jan 2010 to Dec 2014．Accoding to TCM theory， COPD patients are divided into 6 kinds of syndrome types：phlegm yu lung heat，phlegm turbidity resistance lung，phlegm and blood stasis resistance lung，lung and kidney deficiency，Yang deficiency water，and according to the Spanish guide and The Czech republic guide of 2013，we divided those patients into 5 different kind of phenotypics： Frequent exacerbations of emphysema phenotype， Frequent phenotype， COPD exacerbations of chronic bronchitis with bronchiectasis phenotype，a cosine，Frequent exacerbations phenotype．Through statistical analysis，we would 1ike to discover the law of diffrent TCM syndromes distributing in COPD phenotypes． Resu I ts： Included in the study of 639 patients，phenotype and TCM syndrome types have significant-correlation(X=252．344，P=O．000)．Different phenotypes of TCM syndrome type distribution is as follows：belonging to COPD combined with 90 in the phenotype of bronchiectasis，with phlegm and blood stasis resistance iS close to the lung，the distance iS 0．813，and the frequency for maximum of phlegm heat yu lung occupies 45 cases，and outside cold drinks and Yang deficiency water wi
