面向产品配置的绿色模块划分方法研究摘要 面向产品配置的绿色模块划分方法研究 摘要 随着制造业的快速发展，人们在获得丰富物质财富的同时，也不得不面对 越来越严峻的资源短缺和环境污染的问题。只有在产品的设计阶段就考虑环境 性因素才能从根本上解决这个矛盾，推行绿色设计势在必行。以往的设计经验 表明，绿色设计只有与现有成熟的设计方法有效融合，才能真正为设计者所掌 握和利用。基于模块化设计的产品配置是大规模定制生产方式下的核心技术之一， 而模块划分则是实现有效产品配置的关键。因此，将绿色设计的思想融入到模块划 分理论具有重要的意义。 本文在传统模块化设计基本理论的基础上，引入绿色设计中的分析技术，提出了 适应产品配置设计的绿色模块划分方法。根据模块划分及绿色设计的基本理论，构建 了面向产品配置的绿色模块划分模型；基于功能分析实现基本模块的提取，以全生命 周期原则为指导，通过模糊聚类获得绿色模块的初步划分方案；针对传统模块划分方 案数据冗余的问题，提出模块的相似性度量方法，并通过建立面向全生命周期的编码 技术，实现对模块的规划管理；论文在最后以冰箱产品为例，对该方法进行了应用验 证。 关键字：模块划分模块化设计绿色设计相似性度量产品配置 Research Research On Product’S Green Module Partition for Product Configuration Abstract With the rapid development of the manufacturing，although human being get rich in material wealth，more severe resource shortages and environmental pollution problems are caused．Only in the stage of product design，environmental factors are considered to fundamentally solve this conflict，and green design is imperative．The experiences indicated only the green design combined with existing design methods could be mastered effectively by designer．Product configuration method based on modular design is a critical technology for mass customization，and the module division is the key to achieve the effective product configuration．So it is great significant to combine green design and modular partition theory． In this paper,based on the basic theory of traditional modular design，through the introduction of green design methods，the green module partition method Was studied for product configuration design．By summarizing systematically the basic theory about traditional module division’S method and green design，the green module partition model on product configuration Was constructed．Extracted the basic modules based Oll functional analysis for the foundation of module partition method，then under green guidelines obtained green module initial classification scheme．To data redundancy caused in the previous phase，proposed module similarity measure and established the encoding metho
