堕丛堡!：堡叁堂婴±堂堕堡墨摘要 堕丛堡!：堡叁堂婴±堂堕堡墨 摘要 概念设计在产品全生命周期丌发过程中的重要地位和作用，愈来愈受到 国内外有关专家的普遍重视，并成为当前产品设计领域的研究热点之一。本 论文的研究课题主要是对机械产品概念设计过程中产品信息模型的研究，并 且以握持机械手的基于STEP的产品信息模型为例探讨了机械产品概念设计 系统的实现方法。 论文首先对概念设计的概念、内容、特点以及概念设计的一般过程进行 了阐述。然后对产品设计过程中建模技术现状、原理进行简要介绍，并针对 概念设计的过程中建立产品功能模型的建立进行阐述，对基本功能元所应包 含的内容予以分析，依次建立具有广泛适应性的产品功能元信息模型。并在 此基础上着重分析了基于STEP标准的产品功能信息模型的实现以及概念设 计过程中产品功能信息模型的建立。提出了具有通用性的机械产品概念设计 阶段的产品功能信息模型技术。本文的重点是提出了基于STEP标准的产品功 能库的建立原理思想，解决了概念设计的功能设计阶段功能库的建立所面临 的困难 关键词：概念设计；建模；STEP；EXPRESS；功能库 哈尔滨I：程人学硕十学位论文Abstract 哈尔滨I：程人学硕十学位论文 Abstract The phase of conceptual design has great influence on the whole process of mechanical design and manufacturing，which makes the scholars at home and abroad take great interests in the researches on the theory,method and application of conceptual design．And it is one of the important problem．The subject of this dissertation mainly researches on the conceptual design process of product information model．It takes product information modeling theory,that based the standard of STERThis theory adapts to the conceptual design system．for example the function information model of the grasp manipulator be applicable with the other process ofthe whole conception design． First，the thesis described the concept，content，characteristic and processes of conceptual design and theories that concernes on such functional structure and principle design。Then the thesis analyzes the technic and principle of information medel．and it mainly introduces the function information model technology,that be appl!ed with base function model entity．and it introduces the content of the base function model entity and mainly analyzes the function information that based on STEP．So the base function information model based on the theory be made．the theory of fimction information model pIy谢lh the whole conceptual design and establishes a general design process model of conceptual design stage in mechanical design based on the description．In the end， the thesis put forward the theory
