摘 摘 要 本文以蒙药广枣为研究对象,对广枣中有效成分的抗氧化性,广枣中黄酮的含量, 广枣中鞣花酸和槲皮素的含量作了研究,有关研究内容如下: 1采用H202/Fe》体系法和邻苯三酚自氧化法研究了广枣不同有效部位对羟自由 基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O’:·)的清除作用。甘露醇作为对照品,比较各有 效部位对羟自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O一。·)的清除率。结果表明:各有 效部位均具有抗·OH的作用,清除能力与浓度呈正相关,均大于甘露醇;各有效部 位均具有抗O一:·的作用,清除能力与浓度呈正相关,只有正丁醇萃取物C清除能力 和甘露醇相当。 2采用分光光度法测定黄酮含量,标准曲线回归方程为:A=13.31C.0.0055 (r--0.9996),水溶性黄酮和醇溶性黄酮的含量分别为0.69%汞1 0.35%。 3采用HPLC法,测定广枣中鞣花酸的含量,标准曲线回归方程为:C=I.578x104S +1 5.2 14(r=0.9992),广枣中鞣花酸的含量为7.04mg/g。 4采用HPLC法,测定广枣中槲皮素的含量,标准曲线回归方程为:C---2.728x10。S .4.068(r=0.9995),广枣中槲皮素的含量为O.86m#g。 5采用超临界C02萃取广枣中的挥发油成分,通过GC.MS对其化学成分进行分离 鉴定,分离鉴定出lO种化合物,占挥发油总量的75.07%。主要为酯类、长链烷烃等化 合物,其中酯类l与49.84%:长链烷烃占14.93%。 关键词:广枣;黄酮;鞣花酸:槲皮素:HPLC;GC.MS AbstractIn Abstract In this paper.we studied the antioxidant ingredients of effective date of the wide date and the content of flavonoids in wide date.In addition,we also investigated the content of ellagic acid and quercetin.The specific content is as follows: 1.We studied the scavenging impact of the effective dates on hydroxyl radical(。OH) and superoxide anion radical(O2·)by the method of the H202/Fep and pyrogallol self-oxidation.We compared the effective parts of the hydroxyl radical(-OH)and superoxide anion radical(O.2·)of clearance with mannite as the reference standard.The results showed that the effective pans were the role of anti·OH and scavenging ability was correlated with the concentration.The clearance was greater than that of mannite.In addition.the active site Was resistant 0。2·role and scavenging ability was correlated with the concentration. 2.Determination of faIconoid content using the standard curve regression equation: A=1 3.3 1 C.0.005 5(r=0.9996).the content of water-soluble falconoids and ethanol falconoid was 0.69%and O.3 5%,respectively. 3.Determination of ellagic acid content by HPLC method.The standard curve 10。S+15.214(r=0.9992).The content of ellagic acid regression equation:C=1.578 was 7.04 mg./g. 4.Determination of quercetin content in Canton date by HPLC.The standard curve 1
