合肥工业大学 本论文经答辩委员会全体委员审查，确认符合合肥工业大学 硕士学位论文质量要求。 A万斤川l A万 斤川li d 勾加 / 委员: Z 刮 会同功夫工品? 价、友ij岭)价y伽咐白吟) 面 向 农 村 在岗 卫生技 术人 员学历 教育 平台 的构建 及评 价 体 系 的 研究 摘 要 教育 事 业 的 大力发 展，是 当前国 家百年 发展大 计的 一个重 要方面 。开放 式 Internet 教育模 式正为 全社会 各行各 业的人 员所 接受。它和传 统教育 模式相 比，有一些 独特的 地方： 使得优 秀的教 学资源 共建 共享成 为轻而易举的事情； 提供个性化 的学习 环境； 有助于 实现教 育者与 被教 育者之 间互动教学。随着国 家卫生事业的发展 和计算 机网络 信息技 术的普 及， 面向农 村在岗卫生技术人员 学 历 教 育 是 一项系 统工程 ，对象 的特殊 性，课 程资 源素材 内容之繁多，如何有 效 的 组 织 及 构建， 是目前 所要亟 待解决 的问题 。 论文研究主要工作如下： 1、分析了构建面向VEMP网络学历教育平台的背景，并阐述了应用评价指标体系 来指导网络学历教育平台建设的意义。 2、分别阐述了开发面向VEMP网络学历教育平台的需求分析、系统设计及实现。 3、设计开发了网络素材的评价指标体系：6个一级指标 (科学合理性、教学适用 性、使用便捷性、智能高效性、美观创意性、内容规范性)，34个二级指标，确立各 级指标间级联关系及权重。 4、利用层 级 分析 法这一 数学 理论 知识， 构建关系矩阵，对评价数据信息进行 数据挖掘处理，找出网络素材质量与网络学历教育平台建设的关联关系，并将得出结 果用于指导面向农村在岗卫生技术人员网络学历教育平台的建设。 关键词：VEMP，网络学历教育平台,网络素材,ASP2.0 Research on the Construction and the Evaluation System of the Academic Education Platform for the Rural Medical and Health Personnel ABSTRACT The tremendous development is an important aspect of the current national centurial development plan. The open education mode of Internet is being accepted by people from all walks of life of the society. Compared with the traditional education mode, there are some different things: it makes the excellent teaching resources easily accessible to all, provide a personalized learning environment and help to realize the interac tion between educators and educatees. With the development of the national health cause and the popularization of computer network information technology, the academic education for rural on-the-job health technical personnel is a systematic project. The c urrent urgent problems to solve are the particularity of objects and how to effectively organize and establish the huge amount of curriculum resource material.
