It can be said to be the most enriched, profound and far-reaching classic works in human history of thought. Marx’s Capital and its manuscript contain enriched ethics thought, which manifests itself in two aspects. One is its ultimate care for man’s ethnics. Man’s liberation, freedom and overall development is man’s ultimate value and essential ethics. Another is ethical criticism of capitalism. To realize ultimate care for man’s ethics, it is necessary to make profound ethical criticism of capitalism. Through anatomy of labor trading law, residual value law and primitive accumulation of capital, Capital exposes the hypocrisy of “freedom, equality, and fraternity” advocated by capitalist ethics. The thesis use the method of theory combining practice, history integrated with logic to dig the ethical thought in Marx’s Capital and its manuscript. It makes clear Marx’s philosophical and political economical criticism of capitalism and prospect for man’s free and overall development. The thesis consists of four parts: Firstly, Marx made a brief summary of the formation and development of capital ethnics. Starting from the basic idea of historical materialism and based on specific Mode of social production, Marx criticized the abstract, permanent and universal capitalist ethnics and made clear the specificity, class nature and historicalness, which subverting the metaphysical and idealistic foundation of capitalist ethnics.
