第三方物流企业绩效评价研究一优秀毕业论文 进入21世纪以来,经济全球化趋势进一步加强，科学技术迅速发展，全球竞 争环境 变得H益激烈。存在于企业物流运作过程中的“第三利润源泉”，成为各企 业追逐的目标， 第三方物流在全球范圉兴起。在我国，第三方物流刚刚起步，大部分的物流企 业仍处于发 展阶段，内部运营管理机制还很不完善。屮国加入WYO已经五个年头，外资物 流业的涌入 势必对我国的第三方物流企业带来巨大冲击。在这种情况下，建立一套合理、 有效、便于 操作的企业绩效评价体系，将有助于我国物流业的健康发展，促进其竞争力 的增强。本文 正是针对此问题进行的探索性研究。 本文首先描述了物流绩效评价的发展历程，指出了目前物流企业绩效评价的 发展方向。 随后，木文在分析了第三方物流相关定义的基础上，对木文研究对象的定义 进行了界定。 然后乂分析了我国第三方物流的发展现状及所面临的竞争环境，说明了其进 行绩效评价的 必要性。木文第三部分，着重从财务、市场、业务运营、内部资源和企业未 来发展五个方 而构建了第三方物流企业的绩效评价指标。文章第四部分，运用了主成分分 析法结合层次 分析法建立了评价模型对第三方物流企业进行了绩效评价。关键词:第三方 物流;物流绩效;主成分分析lAbstract Since entering the 21st century, with the trend of economic globalization further strengthening, science and technology developing rapidly, Global competition has become increasingly fierce. The third profit source which exists in enterprise logistics operation has become the pursuit of business goals, TPL has become an important business model in global. In China，the t hird par ty logistics has jus t start cd, mos t of the logistics enterprises are still in a low stage of development, the internal operation memagement of mechanism these logistics enterprises are far from perfect. China has joined the WTO five years; the influx of foreign logistics industry is bound to impact Chinas third-party logistics enterprises. In these circumstances, it is necessary to establish a reasonable, effective, applicable performanee evaluation system, which will promote the competitiveness of the enterprise and lead the enterprises to develop heaIthily.
