需求和成本同时扰动下零售商双渠道供 应链协调研究 吴晓志陈宏张俊 电子科技大学中山学院电子科技大学经济与管理学 院 摘要： 供应链中存在一个制造商和一个同时拥有电子渠道和传统渠道的零售商，当突 发事件导致供应链发牛需求和牛产成木同时扰动，通过K-T条件求出不同扰动 区域的双渠道供应链最优渠道零售价格和生产数量。通过比较供应链沿用平稳状 态下的定价和生产策略，划分出发生扰动后原策略的决策区间，得到不同扰动 区间下扰动信息的价值;设计了数量折扣契约协调需求和生产成本同时扰动下的 双渠道供应链。研究表明：数量折扣契约可以协调扰动下的零售商双渠道供应链, 契约参数存在无穷多个组合;而平稳状态下的双渠道供应链的协调策略也可以同 吋给岀，该契约具有一定的抗突发事件能力。 关键词： 双渠道;需求扰动;生产成本扰动;数量折扣契约; 作者简介：吴晓志(1981-)，男，博士。研究方向为供应链管理。 E-mai1:fjfzwxz@163. com 收稿日期:2014-04-23 基金：国家自然科学基金资助项冃 Coordinating a Retailer s Dual-channel Supply Chain under Demand and Production Cost Disruptions WU Xiaozhi CHEN Hong ZHANG Tun Zhongshan Institute, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China; School of Management and Economics, University of Electronic Science and Technology; Abstract： Considcr a supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailcr, in which the retailer has a dual sale channel, i.e.， a traditional channel and an electronic channel. The optimal channel retail price and production qua nt ity in different disrupti on areas can be determined by K-T cond itions when demand and production cost disruptions occur simultaneously.The deci sion intervals after disruptions under the original strategy cam be divided and the values of the disruption information can be obtained under different disruption intervals. Based on that, we design a quantitydiscount contract to coordinate the dual-channel supply chain under demand and production cost disruptions. Our resuIts show that the quantity-discount contract can coordinate the retailers dual-charincl supply chain when disruptions happen. In addition, there exist infinite combinations of contract parameters, and the coordinated strategy in the steady state can also be obtained at the same time. We further show that our proposed quantity-discount contract has certain anti~disruption ability.
