ICU内呼吸机相关性肺炎护理干预研究.docVIP

［摘要］目的：分析ICU病房中的呼吸机相关性 肺炎(VAP)护理干预对预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的影 响。方法：选择2009年1?12月来本院就诊的166 例机械通气患者，分为干预组和对照组。对照组按常 规护理，干预组除常规护理外，改进护理措施，比较 两组VAP的发生率。结果：干预组发生VAP11例 (12.9%),对照组发生VAP37例(45.7%)，干预组明 显低于对照组。结论：通过加强对ICU环境的管理、 呼吸机管路的管理、有效吸痰、呼吸道湿化、体位护 理、营养及饮食护理、口腔护理等一系列的护理干预 措施，可以有效的预防交叉感染，切断VAP主要传播 途径，降低VAP的发生率。 ［关键词］呼吸机相关性肺炎；护理干预；研宄; ICU ［中图分类号］R473 ［文献标识码］C ［文章编号］ 1674-4721 (2011) 11 (c) -112-02 The nursing intervention study on ventilator-associated pneumonia in intensive care unit XIONG Guihual, ZHAO Jun2 l.The Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine, Jilin Province, Changchun 130021, China; 2.Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jilin Province, Changchun 130021, China [Abstract] Objective: To explore the influence of nursing intervention on ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) in intensive care unit (ICU). Methods: 166 patients with mechanical ventilation were selected in our hospital from January to Dec ember 2009. They were randomly divided into two groups as intervention group and control group. The control group was given traditional nursing. The nursing sevice was improved in intervetion group besides traditional care. The rate of ventilator-associated pneumonia was measured after different care. Result: Ventilator-associated pneumonia occurred in 11 cases in intervention group, the occurrence was 12.9%, and otherwise 37 cases occurred with 45.7% in control. The occurrence in control group was obviously higher than the intervention group. Conclusion: It can be prevented cross infection effectively, cut off the main transmission way, reduced the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia by the way of strengthening the management of the ICU environment, pipeline of breathing machine, effective drainage of secretions, respiratory tract moisturization, nutrition and diet nursing care and dental assisting.
